Your days will be filled with a balance of local food, spectacular vistas, and home visits. You will have plenty of opportunities to go shopping and explore the markets as you so choose. But you will also engage with farmers, and learn about village life. 

This trip does not involve a tremendous amount of walking although any fort visit always involves lots of stairs. You always have the option to find a comfortable seat should you begin to tire.
