For the textile lover, the first few visits to India are nothing short of mind-blowing—if not credit card blowing. Fortunately, I have developed a healthy abitliy to say no, unless, of course, something genuinely amazing crosses my path. There were a handful of screen-printed scarves that met that criteria on this trip and I hope they sell really quickly, because the temptation to put them into my closet is very strong, indeed. The gold edging gives these scarves better definition and drape than most.
