When I first traveled to India in 2007, I truly had no appreciation of how vast, how diverse, and how utterly mind-blowing it would be. Without an ounce of hesitation I can say India has provided me with some of my most challenging and some of my most rewarding travels. I have been on death-defying drives through the mountains and through the cities as well. I have seen breath-taking celebrations and tireless devotions, and an array of wild fibers and textile traditions equal to none.
