Two epic adventures to Greenland, including Disko Bay (aka Iceberg Alley) on the west coast, and the rugged, untamed beauty of the east coast. Both trips are filled with stunning landscapes, spectacular wildlife, and Inuit culture. All while traveling aboard Ocean Victory, a state-of-the-art expedition vessel. Depending on your itinerary (and luck), you will see everything from polar bears and musk ox, to Arctic foxes and bearded seals; you might even see a narwhal or a walrus or two.

Why Greenland?

At more than 2 million square miles, Greenland is vast—there is an extraordinary amount to discover.

Whether you have a week or two to explore, each journey offers a different perspective on this extraordinary island. While Greenland’s dramatic scenery draws many travelers, we are equally captivated by the stories found within it—including the history of the musk ox and its important role in providing income and opportunity for women living in some of the most remote communities on Earth.

Our two itineraries invite you to experience Greenland from different perspectives, while offering a deeper appreciation for the landscapes, people, culture, and stories that make this destination so exceptional. Whatever you choose, we hope you come away with a richer understanding of Greenland—and a desire to see more.

A word about expedition cruising

Expedition cruising is a very different experience than what is traditionally offered by massive vessels, catering to a cast of thousands onboard. These smaller ships (less than 200 passengers) are designed to access remote destinations that frequently don't even have a pier for disembarkation, thus relying on 10-passenger Zodiacs to explore more remote destinations.
